How I evolved into a product-minded designer.
Completed my Master’s degree at MICA with a 4.0 GPA. For my capstone, I designed an AI-powered travel planner, blending UX strategy with intelligent personalization.
Led end-to-end UX design at a B2B platform. Built the startup’s design system and brand identity from 0 to 1, delivered mobile and web prototypes, and collaborated across product and engineering to ship impactful experiences.
Took the first official step into UX by completing Google’s UX Professional certificate. Learned foundations in UX research, accessibility, and prototyping to fuel a transition from financial service to design.
Cultivated and manged a high-performing team of 12, optimized workflow planning strategies and enhanced team productivity by 18%.
Led the design and implementation of an internal renewal pricing automation tool. This project lit the spark for my passion in digital product design that serve both users and business needs.
